Thank you to all those who participated in the Summer Training Series. We appreciate all of the hard work, effort and commitment from all of the players and to the parents who took the time to get their players to these sessions.

SUMMER TRAINING SERIES
Pro Advantage Hockey would like to thank all of the players (and their parents) for taking part in the first Summer Training Series. Players participated in both on and off-ice sessions that emphasized skating balance and agility, advanced puckhandling drills, position-specific instruction, plyometric, fast twitch and strength building exercises.
Two groups participated in the Summer Training Series. An Advanced group of players aged 16 years and older who have played at an elite Midget, Junior, College or Pro level took part in training over a period of 4-6 weeks. The second group consisted of Peewee and Bantam aged players that participated in one or two separate Phases of 2 week training periods.
A special thank you goes out to:
> Tyler Dabrowski (US Speedskating Strength and Conditioning Coach) - lead the older and Advanced group of players through a 6 week strength program.

Pro Advantage Hockey was established to meet the requests of youth players in the Salt Lake City area to provide private and small group instruction as well as assist with team development. After 15 years of professional hockey experience in the NHL, IHL, AHL, German Elite League and Team Canada, Greg Leeb is now working with local individuals and teams to help improve skills and knowledge of the game.
