This is a great clip regarding Attitude. Coach Frank Martin of the University of South Carolina Men's basketball team answering a question from a 10 year old reporter, Max Bonnstetter, from Sports Illustrated for kids. In this first post by Pro Advantage Hockey we want to say that we look forward to sharing and providing what we feel are important topics relating to the game of hockey. We anticipate that many of these posts will include information that will help players improve their overall approach to playing and preparing for the game of hockey. Information may involve such topics relating to mental training information, physical training tips and ideas, skill development, nutrition and other topics that we feel may be beneficial.
Of course, we will not limit these posts to the topics just mentioned and we are always open to valuable information that is relevant to becoming not only a better athlete but also a better person. We look forward to this opportunity and we hope that this will be a great source for our athletes to get information that can assist them in their development. |
